Save Entry
- Fill in callsign, RX, frequency, mode, and event.
- Frequency must be complete (for example
27.555 or 27555).
- Event is required before saving.
- Press Save to store the QSO.
- For quick operation, work mostly with keyboard and Enter.
UTC Clock
- The small UTC clock above the form shows the live time used for quick save entries.
- Seconds are visible so you can confirm the clock is actively running.
- The UTC field is mainly needed when changing existing entries manually.
Event Filter
- Use Event-Filter in Last QSOs to focus on one event.
- Choose ALL to see all saved entries.
Live Log Visibility
- Select one event in Event-Filter.
- Use the Live Log checkbox to show or hide that event in public Live Log.
- Default is visible for new events.
- Feature available for Member/Donator/VIP.
Sync
- The sync status pill shows whether your data can sync right now.
- When online with Member/Donator/VIP token, sync runs automatically.
- Sync now in More can trigger manual sync.
More Actions
- Sync now: run sync immediately (Member/Donator/VIP).
- Import JSON / Export JSON: move your data between devices/files. For CSV/JSON mapping use Import Assistant Flow.
- Import Assistant: open guided import page to validate your token and import JSON/CSV into a selected event.
- Delete Event: removes all local rows for the currently selected event (Guest and token users).
- Backup from Server: load your server data into this device (Member/Donator/VIP).
- Force Offline: stay in local mode even when internet is available.
- Hard Reset: clears local app data on this device.
Import Assistant Flow
- Open Import Assistant from More.
- Choose preset and file, then run Analyze File.
- Review column mapping and defaults in Mapping Preview.
- Run Test Mapping and wait for Test: OK.
- Only then use Start Import.
- Strict mode is default: invalid rows block import. Enable Allow import with skips only if you intentionally want partial import.
- Event fallback is only required if no event column is mapped.
11dx.net note: This import mode is for worked-stations participant logs. IRDX Logger is mainly intended for organizer/event logging.
Event defaults to DX11.net, QTR is converted to timestamp, operator is resolved from global callsign data (fallback: DX11-UNKNOWN), and PRG number is auto-incremented per event.
Delete Whole Event (Irreversible)
Danger: This action permanently deletes all local rows of the selected event on this device.
- Select the target event in Event-Filter (not ALL).
- Open More and choose Delete Event.
- Confirm the warning and type the exact event name.
- Member/Donator/VIP users with active sync will also sync those delete operations to server.
- Guests and Free users delete locally only.
CSV Export
- The CSV button near Event-Filter exports the currently visible set.
- Best workflow: choose the event first, then export CSV for Excel.
- Use this for reports, post-event cleanup and sharing with team tools.
- CSV export is available for Member/Donator/VIP.
Logout
- Logout removes saved login data on this device.
- In real offline field use, logout can be disabled to avoid lockout.
Warning: If you log out while offline in the field, you may be locked out of the logger until internet is available again.
Fast Keyboard Workflow
- Tab cycles inside logger input fields for faster operation.
- Use Enter to move quickly and save contacts during active operation.
